Emotional Freedom Techniques,

or EFT (often known as Tapping or EFT Tapping), is a universal healing tool that can provide very good results for physical, emotional, and also for performance issues. EFT operates on the premise that no matter what part of your life needs improvement, there are unresolved emotional issues in the way. Even for physical issues, chronic pain, or diagnosed conditions, it is common knowledge that any kind of emotional stress can block the natural healing potential of the human body.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Thought Field Therapy (TFT) are amongst the most widely known energy therapies. It is best known through Gary Craig’s EFT Handbook, published in the late 1990s, when this method was developed.

What is energy psychology?

Imagine being bothered or even maybe tormented by negative thoughts on a regular basis. The origin of these thoughts can be various, they can also become a kind of « habit ». We sometimes say about somebody we know, « he or she is always negative.. ». These thoughts are not only thoughts, they create an energy which can be either positive (positive thoughts, feelings of joy and pleasure) or negative. Negative energy can be destructive and even cause illness. Our body reacts and gets tense.

By tapping on specific acupuncture points, and by working at the same time on negative cognition (negative thoughts), we can activate our natural energy flow, and discharge unnecessary negative thoughts that create unwell being.
